I obtained my Masters in Political Science at the University of Amsterdam. 

I started as a writing journalist. I covered the First and Second Intifada in the Palestinian territories as a freelance journalist. 

During the years 2004-2008 I started work as a journalist and presenter for national public radio and television in the Netherlands. For Dutch Public Broadcasting I presented interview programmes, both on television and radio. I interviewed dozens of citizens, artists, scholars, members of parliament and cabinet ministers. Since July 2013 I am owner of Lime Line Media.
